All camps amd members of the SUVCW are encouraged to attend the Department of Missouri regular meetings.  The following dates are established for department meetings:

• October 20, 2007 10 am ---- Jefferson City -- Capital Building
• March 15, 2008 10 am ---- Jefferson City -- Capital Building
• June 6, 2008 6 pm ---- Holiday Inn, Butler Hill Rd & I-55, St. Louis, MO 63128 -- Social Hour
• June 7, 2008 9 am ---- Holiday Inn, Butler Hill Rd & I-55, St. Louis, MO 63128 -- Annual Meeting

If the work of the Senior Vice Commander on updating by-laws requires an additional meeting, one will be announced and held for that purpose in late April or early May.

The following dates are of importance to the Department of Missouri and members are strongly encouraged to attend:

• August 9-12, 2007 ---- National Encampment ---- Frontenac Hilton, US 40 and Lindbergh Rd, St Louis.   Past Commander John Avery is in charge of the delegates and alternates for Missouri.  The forms for attending are on the Missouri SUV website.
• October 6, 2007 ---- GAR Allied Orders Central Region Association Conference, Crawfordsville, IN (registration form link on this web page:  http://suvcw.org/in/DEPTIN.html)
