Arkansas Sons of Union Veterans Commanders

Not much is electronically available regarding Arkansas Commanders of the Sons of [Union] Veterans. Being a southern state, it was most likely hard to keep enough camps interested to maintain department/division status. It is believed that Arkansas was not a separate division after 1915 and that 1889/1890 is when the division was able to first organize.
